**1. Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
We offer several delivery speeds for both prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) options within India:

*   **Standard Delivery (Prepaid):** FREE (Delivery within 5–8 business days)
*   **Express Delivery (Prepaid):** ₹15.00 (Delivery within 4–7 business days)
*   **Priority Delivery (Prepaid):** ₹59.00 (Delivery within 3–5 business days)

**Cash on Delivery (COD) Options (For orders between ₹0.00 and ₹1500.00):**
*   **Cash on Delivery (Standard):** FREE (Delivery within 5–8 business days)
*   **Cash on Delivery (Express):** ₹55.00 (Delivery within 4–7 business days)
*   **Cash on Delivery (Priority):** ₹99.00 (Delivery within 3–5 business days)

**3. Shipment Tracking**
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

**4. Return Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
