Returns

We currently accept returns only for:

  • damaged products

  • incorrect items received

  • manufacturing defects

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Products may not be eligible for return if:

  • used or washed

  • damaged after delivery
